A couple of weeks ago I through my back out. I don’t know why they call it “throwing your back out”. I was throwing anything, my& guess is that; I’ve been going to the Gym the last couple of months they had a great deal. Two months for $20 I could spend that on a dinner out. So we have been doing the Gym Rat thing. I do feel stronger, basically. Except for hurting my back a little bit. I have been mainly using the elliptical machine. But the other day I woke up and was bent over like an upside down L. I guess It would look more like this 7 walking around for a couple of days and slowly melting to a standing position. My question is….. When your working on your computer what kinds of things do you keep in mind for your back health. What kind of tips have you learned to keep your back and shoulders from hurting?
